Xfinity Display Design System 2022
Xfinity Display Design System
The Ask
After auditing work from our previous agency—part of a broader effort to bring everything in-house to our internal agency, Good Kid—I uncovered major inconsistencies in how we were approaching digital. There were gaps, but also clear opportunities to implement best practices and streamline our process.
The Solution
Digital Display Design System: Our first step toward embedding a systems-based mindset across internal teams.
We moved away from bulky PSD files—which slowed us down during COVID—and introduced a leaner, faster file-sharing setup. The goal: increase efficiency, reduce friction, and improve speed to market.

Hello Sketch
We implemented Sketch to make all of our digital file sharing easy as possible. With Covid in the background and us all working remotely I thought it would be a better solution to have files we could easy collaborate with and easily share over chat.
Initial frames built from auditing our brand at this point in time. I wanted to make sure to fill these frames with our most requested asks. We wanted to make sure our partners could begin to ask for end frame offers almost in the same fashion they would order off of a menu.
Sketch component library noted with best practices to get anyone picking up these files up and running with ease.
Best practices delivered for all of our internal team and external partners. Full of deep dives into grids, alignments, and frame sequences. We did it all to ensure our first voyage into building more creative cohesion.
